What did the Carters decide about Roth conversions, and what do I still need before Thursday?
The Carters want to convert $45,000 this year, split between their existing traditional IRAs. They asked to keep estimated federal tax below $11,000.
You still need Ellen's latest IRA statement and confirmation that the charitable distribution cleared before Thursday's review.

Built for independent advisors
Windows first
Outlook + selected folders
OpenAI or Anthropic
One question instead of twelve searches.
It does not replace your CRM or reorganize your practice. It gives the information you already have one front door.
Choose what it can search
Select the client folders you want available. Connect Outlook once.
Ask in normal language
Search files and email together without remembering where the detail lives.
Open the proof
Every answer keeps its sources beside it, ready to check.
Thursday, 8:52 a.m. The Carters arrive at nine.
The answer is probably in your practice already. It may be in a planning document, an email from last month, or a PDF someone renamed twice.
“What changed since our last review, what did we promise, and what is still missing?”
Ask once. Walk into the meeting prepared.
Your whole practice does not get poured into an AI.
You stay in control of the folders, provider, and source material.
Files
Indexed on your Windows computer from only the folders you select.
Email
Searched live in Outlook. Advisor Prep Hero does not keep a second copy of your mailbox.
AI
Only the relevant excerpts go directly to the OpenAI or Anthropic API account you connect.
Key
Stored in Windows Credential Manager, the protected key vault already built into Windows.
Your firm remains responsible for approving its AI provider and how client information may be used.
The useful questions.
Does my ChatGPT or Claude subscription connect to it?
Not directly. Advisor Prep Hero uses an API key from OpenAI or Anthropic. That gives your firm a separate, controllable connection for the desktop app.
Does it read every file on my computer?
No. You choose the folders it can search. The app does not silently scan the rest of your computer.
Which email and computers work first?
The first release is for Windows and Microsoft 365 Outlook. Other systems are outside the current scope.
Is it another CRM?
No. It does not replace your CRM, create workflows, or manage a team. It is one fast search-and-answer layer across files and email.
Be ready before they walk in.
