Advisor Prep Hero is a project operated by Jameson Daines. This page covers the public website and early-access list. The desktop product will have its own detailed privacy notice before it is sold.

What the signup collects

When you join early access, we collect your email address, where on the site you signed up, and the signup date. The form service also records basic request details such as IP address, browser information, and referring page for delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

How it is used

Your information is used to send product availability and meaningful product updates, to answer you if you reply, and to keep the signup working safely. It is not sold.

Where it goes

Signup records are stored on Jameson's private server. The email address and basic signup details are also added to Brevo, the email service used to send the welcome message and later product updates. The site uses privacy-friendly, self-hosted traffic measurement to understand which pages are visited.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through any list email. You can also ask to see or delete your signup information by emailing hello@advisorprephero.com.

Desktop product data

Joining this list does not give the website access to your desktop files, Outlook mailbox, or AI account. Those connections exist only inside the desktop app after you choose to set them up.
